Amber in sales was fantastic — super helpful and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Allen in finance was disappointing. He was rude and didn’t honor the agreement I had with Amber. It’s frustrating but not uncommon — once I declined the extra add-ons like insurance and protection plans, his tone completely changed. That shift made what started as a great experience end on a bad note.
