Jose was great! I found the vehicle I wanted online and called to verify that it was available. Jose not only checked on it, he sent me pictures, cleaned the car up and held it for several hours because we live out of the area. From when I walked in, I told, Carl the salesman, no idea what I'm looking for, he asked questions to narrow it down. Took me to the SUV's to look at. Right away any questions I had, he had answers. Very refreshing to get to dealer that gets straight to the point. My three potential cars were backed in and ready for a test drive. Sending Carl my license and insurance in advance meant we were driving in less than 15 minutes. As for the deal. Quick. Minimal upselling. No nitrogen in the tires, tinted windows, etc. Some people apparently like that phase, but they respectfully left me alone! It was a pleasant experience. I drove an hour from Charlotte and was glad I made the trip.
